Daily Reset Habits
Phase 4 is the final and continuous phase of the curriculum. The systems you have built in the previous phases will disintegrate without energetic input. We standardize this input into non-negotiable daily resets.
Mastering the 15-Minute Tidy (Global Reset)
The global reset occurs exactly once per day, typically after children are asleep or immediately before bed. It requires precise execution.
The Reset Checklist
| Zone | Required Action | Time Limit |
|---|---|---|
| Living Room | Fold textiles, stow remotes, clear floor. | 3 Mins |
| Kitchen | Run dishwasher, wipe surfaces. | 5 Mins |
| Entryway | Align shoes, hang coats, sort mail to bin. | 2 Mins |
| Bedrooms | Clothing to hampers, clear nightstands. | 5 Mins |
The "One In, One Out" Mandate
Once system equilibrium is achieved, your home reaches maximum inventory capacity. To maintain this, any new object brought into the system must immediately displace an existing object. Buy a new sweater; donate an old sweater. This prevents slow inventory creep.
