The Systemic Curriculum
Organization is not a personality trait; it is a learned skill. If you are an overwhelmed mother, your failure to keep a tidy home is not a moral failing—it is a systems failure.
Our curriculum is designed to dismantle your emotional attachment to belongings and replace it with a cold, functional assessment of space and utility. We proceed systematically.
Mastering the 15-Minute Tidy
Before you begin the massive audits, you must learn the foundational skill: the rapid reset. If you cannot maintain a baseline, a deep organization will fail within days.
-
Define the Baseline
Determine exactly what "reset" looks like for one single room. It is not deep cleaning. It is returning items to their designated holding zones.
-
The Timer Constraint
Set a timer for 15 minutes. The constraint forces decisive action. Do not ponder where an item goes; if it has no home, place it in a temporary "limbo" bin.
-
Horizontal Surface Clearing
Target counters, tables, and floors first. Clear horizontal planes instantly reduce visual stress, creating the psychological momentum needed for systemic audits.
The Clutter Cost Assessment
Before moving to Phase 2 (Tackling the Playroom), assess your inventory. Every object in your home requires maintenance, cleaning, or mental bandwidth. This is the 'Clutter Cost'. If the utility of an item does not exceed its cost, it must be expelled from the system.
